We are pleased to announce that the President of the Association, Andreas Yiasemides, and the vice-president, Spyros Vassiliou recently met with the Minister of Finance of Cyprus. Makis Keravnos, to discuss the latest developments and important topics related to the investment funds industry.

During the meeting, the delegation of CIFA and the Minister of Finance had fruitful discussions on various matters including the pending law on fund administration. This meeting was an excellent opportunity to present to the new Minister important issues of our sector.

Another meeting with the Shipping  Deputy Minister to the President, Marina Hadjimanolis, has been arranged in the coming weeks. This meeting will provide an opportunity for our Association to continue engaging with government officials and advocating for the interests of our industry.
